Refund Policy

1. Overview

The Mumbai Diamond Merchants’ Association (MDMA) values transparency and fairness in all its dealings. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for membership fees, event registrations, and other payments made through our website or authorized channels.


2. Membership Fees
  • All membership and renewal fees paid to MDMA are non-refundable once the membership has been approved and activated.
  • In case of a duplicate payment or technical error, members may request a refund by writing to us at mdma1906@yahoo.co.in within 7 working days of the transaction.
  • Refund requests will be verified and, if approved, processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method.

3. Event / Seminar Fees
  • Fees paid for seminars, workshops, or training sessions are refundable only if MDMA cancels or reschedules the event.
  • If a participant is unable to attend, a written request for refund or transfer of registration must be sent at least 5 working days before the event date.
  • MDMA reserves the right to deduct a 10% administrative charge on such cancellations.

4. Online Transactions
  • In case of failed transactions or errors caused during online payment, users must contact mdma1906@yahoo.co.in or call +91 98208 72992 immediately with proof of payment.
  • MDMA will not be liable for any transaction issues arising due to third-party payment gateways, banks, or user input errors.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Memberships terminated due to violation of association rules.
  • Donations or contributions made voluntarily.
  • Digital services or resources already delivered.
